Wellness Is a Puzzle—And You Hold the Missing Piece

Unlike a traditional puzzle, though, this one is constantly evolving. You’ll never be “done” forever—because different seasons require different tools, and your puzzle might look different tomorrow than it does today.

 

Why Wellness Can Feel So Confusing

You might have tried cutting out sugar, tracking your macros, or doing 6 am workouts, and still didn’t feel better. Maybe those pieces worked for someone else. But they don’t complete your picture.

Here’s the good news: the fact that something didn’t work doesn’t mean you failed. It means that the puzzle piece didn’t fit. You need a new one, because wellness is a puzzle, and what works for someone else might not be your fit.

  • Sleep: You wake up tired, can’t fall asleep, or feel wired at night.
  • Energy: You crash mid-afternoon or feel like you’re running on empty.
  • Digestion: Bloating, irregularity, or that “off” feeling after meals.
  • Stress: You’re stuck in go-mode and never really unwind.

Simple doesn’t mean ineffective. It means sustainable.
