As a Wellness Coach for high-achieving women over 40, I understand that the last thing you need is another complicated program to follow or another item on your to-do list. I believe that feeling good shouldn't be another source of pressure in your already full life.
Like you, I know what it’s like when your usual strategies stop working. When I started noticing shifts in my own body and energy, what used to work no longer felt right—and I was tired of being told “it’s just aging” or handed another one-size-fits-all solution.
That experience taught me something powerful: feeling better doesn’t mean doing more. It means doing what truly fits you—with more intention, more curiosity, and more self-trust.
Because I didn’t settle for generic answers about midlife and well-being, and I don’t want you to either.
Every morning is a fresh canvas—a chance to choose how you want to feel and how you want to move through the world. I believe in meeting you where you are, helping you reconnect with what works for your life—not someone else’s version of success.
Before becoming a coach, I spent years working in law, finance, and entrepreneurship—including building a travel startup that connected curious travelers with like-minded locals around the world. I’ve always loved solving problems, learning about people, and creating meaningful experiences. That drive is still there—but now it’s directed toward something deeper.
I became a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition because I wanted to explore wellness in a way that feels expansive, joyful, and personal—free from rigid rules or one-size-fits-all advice.
In our work together, there’s no pressure to have it all figured out.
We’ll start with how you want to feel—and take small, meaningful steps from there. I won’t hand you a checklist or try to fix you. I’ll support you in tuning back into what you already know, even if it’s just a whisper right now.
