About Silke —
Midlife Wellness Coach for Women Over 40

Feeling rushed, reactive, and constantly "on" isn't a personality trait. It's a habit. And habits can change.
I'll show you how. Simple practices that take two minutes and fit inside your real life.

Hi, I'm Silke, a midlife wellness coach and certified Health Coach (IIN).

I work with women over 40 who are juggling careers, families, aging parents, friendships, and a calendar that never seems to empty. From the outside, everything looks fine. But inside, something feels off.

Your brain starts running before your feet hit the floor. You've tried the supplements, saved the Instagram posts, listened to the podcasts, and started a morning routine more than once. And still, you don't quite feel like yourself.

Not because anything dramatic happened. More often, it's years of being the one everyone relies on; being the person who keeps things moving and takes care of everyone else. And somewhere along the way, you lost touch with yourself.

You've probably already heard the advice.

Get up an hour earlier. Join the 5 am club. Commit to the morning routine this time and actually stick with it. Treat it like a discipline problem and push through.

But you're not here because you lack discipline. You've been treating your wellbeing the same way you manage everything else: as a project to optimise, a problem to solve, a routine to nail.

And you've probably already felt that this doesn't work. Because feeling calmer and more like yourself has less to do with the right routine than with how you live.

That's why everything I teach fits inside the beautiful life you've built: the full one, the busy one, the one that isn't slowing down. And it starts with one question:

"What do I need right now?"

Because feeling better doesn't require a completely different life. It simply starts with a different way of living inside the one you already have.

You might be in the right place if...

  • You've bought the supplements, tried the morning routines, read the books, listened to the podcasts and still don't feel quite like yourself
  • You know what you "should" be doing, but you're tired of feeling like wellness is another thing to get right
  • You've saved countless posts and articles but aren't sure what actually applies to you anymore
  • You're tired of being told to get up earlier, do more, or try harder
  • You miss waking up and actually looking forward to the day
  • You have a feeling there must be a gentler way than constantly pushing harder

Nothing is wrong with you and it's not your fault that the routine didn't stick.

The way you've always taken care of yourself may simply not be what you need anymore. And what got you here may not be what carries you forward.
