What is a health and wellness coach, and how can you help me?
As a health and wellness coach, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I help you explore what works best for your unique lifestyle.
You first decide what you’d like to focus on—sleep, stress, nutrition, or movement. These areas are often connected, and while we may explore all of them, we’ll start where it matters most to you.
I won’t prescribe habits, diets, or fitness plans. Instead, I’ll work with you to co-create strategies that resonate with your lifestyle and preferences, ensuring they are both effective and enjoyable.
You are your own best expert—you already have the answers within you. My role is to help you tune in, trust yourself, and make changes that feel good and sustainable.
What are the benefits of working with you?
Instead of following another rigid wellness plan, you’ll develop a personalized approach that feels good and sustainable. This means your wellness journey will be tailored specifically to your needs, allowing for flexibility and adjustments as you discover what truly works for you.
I’ll guide and support you in overcoming overwhelm, letting go of guilt, and tuning into your body’s needs.
Whether improving sleep, reducing stress, or creating healthier habits, you’ll gain practical tools, encouragement, and accountability—without extremes.
How does your 1:1 coaching work?
Sessions last 1 hour and take place on Zoom.
I offer 1:1 coaching packages for 3 or 6 months.We start with a free 30-minute discovery call to see if we’re a good fit.
Each session focuses on your goals, small actionable steps, and refining your approach to what works best for you.
Between sessions, you’ll get support and accountability to keep you moving forward at your own pace.
I’m looking for someone to just tell me exactly what to do. Will you?
I totally get the temptation—life is busy, and sometimes we just want a clear plan and someone to say, “Do this and you’ll feel better.”
While I’ll absolutely guide you, offer structure, and share tools that work, I won’t hand you a rigid plan to follow. That’s because true wellness doesn’t come from doing what someone else tells you to do—it comes from learning to trust yourself.
You’re not broken, and you don’t need fixing. What you need is space, support, and someone who will meet you with compassion—not judgment—when life happens.
If you slip up? You won’t get scolded or shamed. We’ll explore what happened with curiosity and kindness, and find your next best step together. Because real change isn’t about being perfect—it’s about showing up for yourself in a new way.
Do I need to follow a meal plan or specific routine?
No. I don’t do rigid rules or one-size-fits-all plans.
Instead, we’ll explore what works best for your body, your schedule, and your life right now. I’ll offer tools, ideas, and support—but you get to choose what feels right.

MY APPROACH & PHILOSOPHY
What is your background?
I’ve always been curious—a lifelong learner who loves exploring new ideas and diving deep to find what truly works.
Before I became a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I spent years working in law, finance, and entrepreneurship—including building a global travel startup that connected like-minded travelers and locals around the world. I loved what I did... until life gently nudged me in a new direction.
The pandemic hit pause on the fast-paced, travel-heavy life I was living. It gave me space to reflect, slow down, and reevaluate. And around the same time, midlife brought its own quiet shift: the workouts I used to love no longer energized me, and the habits that once worked stopped feeling aligned.
So, I did what I always do when I’m looking for answers—I researched, explored, and experimented. I started leaning into what felt good instead of what I thought I "should" be doing. That led me here.
Now, I help high-achieving women over 40 do the same—gently let go of what’s no longer working, tune into their own wisdom, and create small, sustainable shifts that bring energy, balance, and joy back into everyday life.
This isn’t about overhauling your world overnight. It’s about reconnecting with yourself, one simple step at a time.
