HI, I'm Silke 

I'm a wellness coach for women in midlife. And honestly, I'm also one of them. A perfectionist (still working on that one).

My story with this work started when I began noticing changes in myself. My body felt different.

My energy wasn't what it used to be. Things that used to light me up started feeling draining.

And I kept asking myself: what's wrong with me?


Turns out, nothing. It was just midlife doing what midlife does.

Quietly shifting who I was. Nudging me out of certain roles. Asking me to listen in a new way.

It was natural. But nobody had told me it would feel like this, and I wasn't willing to accept it as my new normal without understanding it first.

So I started looking for answers. I saw doctors, naturopaths, functional medicine specialists, took online courses — the full circuit.

I dove into the research on midlife. I tried all the things (including a lot of supplements I eventually ditched). I ran my own experiments.

And slowly, I figured out what actually worked for me (and for the women I now coach).

Here's what I want you to know: Never stop looking for answers. This stage of life deserves your curiosity, not your resignation.

And at the same time, the answer isn't in doing more. It's not another supplement, another challenge, another hack.

It's in the basics - in paying attention to what actually works for your life.

That balance, curious but not frantic, searching but not overdoing, is what we'll practice together on April 22.
